Property owners often ask us what is selling and what must be done to sell their property faster as in many cases, they are in a hurry, be it for economical reasons or simply because they have other plans and projects and need to dispose of their property. We summarize the elements which make a property sell faster than others.

If there is something that hasn’t changed over the years in which Diana Morales Properties has been working in Marbella, is that when there is a truly unique property, with a price that is only accessible to a few privileged people in the World, it won’t be publicised. We do not see it in magazines, or with sales sign on it and even less, advertised in a real estate portal.

We have also had a busy start to April with the Christie’s Great Estates annual European Summit for Managers and Sales Directors held in Valencia this year.

Good news as well for our web page, and all the time and dedication put into it constantly is paying off.

These past few months have certainly been busy ones. We are finally starting to see sales materialize as property prices reach their lowest point and buyers realise the possibility to purchase a good property at very good price, possibly the lowest price the property will be at in this current market.
