Marbella is one of those places with the rather unique ability to offer more than one location that can be described as offering the best of all worlds. In fact, there are quite a few spots that can make the seemingly contradictory claim to the ideal setting.

Situated just below the foot slopes of La Concha Mountain, the Marbella Hill Club is the western extension of the exclusive residential areas that run along the base of said mountain. In other words, it lies just west of Sierra Blanca and right below the towering peak of La Concha, overlooking Marbella and the entire coastal region from a perspective that offers an impressive panoramic spectacle.

El Madroñal is a pine cork forested residential area of private estates situated close to Marbella at around a 15min drive and to the coast at 10min, and only a 40 minutes drive to the old city of Ronda.

The Málaga region has recently been in the grip of some major new infrastructural projects that form part of a larger and ongoing expansion and improvement of communication links and facilities in the area.

Originating in the 1980s, Los Arqueros is an expansive private community located in the valleys at the base of the Sierra Blanca Mountains. Here, on the northwest side of Marbella, the land begins its upward slope towards the towering mountain ranges that lead to the beautiful country town of Ronda, some 35 kilometres inland.
