Just outside the hustle and bustle of Marbella, the old town of Estepona offers a unique option as an address. This town of 65,600 inhabitants nestled on the coast halfway between Marbella and the golf community of Sotogrande and 70km from Malaga airport, is a study in contrasts. The town centre retains the charm of Old Spain, while master-planned, upscale developments grow out of its east and west flanks.

At about 7km from the coast and 2km from the picturesque town of Benahavis lies a beautiful residential estate within the rolling hills of the Ronda mountain range as it reaches Benahavis. Situated only 45km from Gibraltar and 75km from Malaga the area is well serviced by both international airports and enjoys close proximity to the services and amenities found in Marbella, at 20 minutes, and in Estepona, 10 minutes away.

Sierra Blanca, as most of you may know, is one of Marbella’s most sought after residential estates.

Starting at the west of Marbella town and covering the beachside and mountainside areas of the N-340 road until Puerto Banus is the stretch called The Golden Mile. The Golden Mile is one of Marbella’s most sought after residential and commercial real estate destinations due to its location right in between the Marbella town centre and Puerto Banus.
