The first small town on the western outskirts of Marbella, San Pedro was originally a farming village first established as a sugar cane-working colony by the Marques del Duero in the middle of the nineteenth century.

La Zagaleta Golf & Country Club, one of Europe’s most sought after residential estates, is situated in one of the most beautiful areas of the Costa del Sol, bordering to the North with the Ronda Mountains and at only a few kilometres from Marbella and Puerto Banus and 60km from Malaga airport.
