The Shape of the Future. The Costa del Sol 2020
At the conference leading speakers will be looking at key new developments such as the AVE and Malaga airport’s expansion and offering projections for 2020. Topics on all aspects of life on the Costa del Sol will be examined such as transport links, security and climate change. Delegates will be encouraged to contribute on the best ways to improve the situation here for residents, tourists and investors alike.
LPA is an association of established and reputable real estate agents on the Costa del Sol. Members are professionally qualified, bound under a strict code of conduct and dedicated to giving a highly professional experience to both buyers and sellers in southern Spain.
Long term forecast is bright
LPA President Ian Bateman is organising this conference to provide a positive focus for residents and home owners and enable people to participate in the positive future of the Costa del Sol. “Everyone who lives or owns a property on the Costa del Sol is passionate about the area and the current slowdown in the property market has made many re-evaluate the future. This is a great place and has a bright future, but we need residents and investors to offer their solutions and ideas for making the coast an even better place to live in and visit.” The conference will be a forum for residents and property professionals featuring leading local and international experts on urban planning, construction, infrastructure, renewable energy, climate change, finance, tourism and security, analysing how each of these topics will help shape the future of the Costa del Sol.
The LPA will be inviting leading businesses, residents and property professionals to participate in this debate.
