The complex is located in the hills of Marbella. This urbanization will enjoy a natural environment, trees, and native nature, and incredible views of the sea. Payment Conditions Phase 7
- Initial reservation deposit of 50,000€
- Within 4 weeks of signing the reservation agreement, 150,000 € is required to complete the reservation deposit. This transfer must be completed within the Private Purchase Contract. The client will be called upon to sign the Private Purchase Contract 8 calendar weeks from the date of signing the Reservation Agreement. 
- At the signature of the Private Purchase Contract, 30% of the Sales Price plus IVA minus the 200,000€.
- On completion and certification of the structure, 20% of the Sales Price plus VAT. 
- Final Payment • Upon delivery of the property, 50% the Sales Price plus VAT and applicable taxes.
