# About

Located in the Real de la Quinta, the residences border a UNESCO biosphere reserve at only 15 minutes from Marbella, and have stunning views of the Mediterranean, Gibraltar, and the coast of Africa.

Payment schedule is € 100,000 as a reserve, 25% upon signing the private contract, within 6 months, a payment of 25%, within 12 months 10% and the rest, 40% on completion, expected approximately for the year 2027.
