This modern, gated residential complex is designed for comfortable everyday living, featuring 41 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments distributed across two low-rise buildings, including ground, first, and second floors, with an attic floor in one of the buildings. The communal gardens are planted with low-water-consumption, indigenous species, irrigated through a drip-watering system. The complex includes community swimming pools for adults and children, with night lighting, green areas, and a sunbathing space. Residents also have access to a gym and a community room. Elevators with automatic doors, overload detection, and telephone connections provide access from all floors, with direct links to the garage levels.
