This collection of eight villas pays tribute to Versace’s design mastery, redefining luxury living with the House’s iconic style and cultural sophistication. Each residence is a bespoke creation, with Italian marble, intricate mosaics, and Versace Home furnishings reflecting the brand’s unmistakable aesthetic. Located in the heart of Nueva Andalucía, the villas sit on plots of around 2,000 m². Handcrafted Rosenthal ceramics and custom furnishings with Medusa and Greca motifs enhance their grandeur. From the sculptural pivot door to the landscaped gardens and cascading infinity pool with bespoke mosaics, every detail signals exclusivity. Interiors blend artisanal craftsmanship with cutting-edge technology. Double-height glass walls, fluid living areas, and a serene atrium connect to a private spa via elevator. Highlights include a cinema room, bar, custom kitchen, and refined powder room. Bedrooms balance drama and calm, each with a distinctive design and en-suite bathrooms as crafted works of art.
