Thanks to our work we have the opportunity to see many houses of all kinds. Different architectures, sizes, styles, decorations, etc. But it is very difficult for a house to "connect" with you and to feel as soon as you see it how the house "welcomes" you and you connect with it immediately. This is what I felt with "Palo Borracho" as soon as I saw it for the first time. It is the perfect house to enjoy in any season of the year: it is a house that can be cool and airy in summer and bright and cosy in winter. The garden invites you to enjoy it at any time of the year and at any time of the day, and it is the ideal and safe open space for the youngest members of the family. The distribution and size of the spaces are perfect to share with friends or family, spacious, independent and each one with its own privacy. I was also impressed by the privacy and tranquillity of the area, really out of sight and sound of other neighbours. Without a doubt "Palo Borracho" provides a very special way of living that only a few houses can offer.
