When we talk about Guadalmina, the first thing that comes to our mind are the images of a beautiful urbanization, developed mainly during the 80's by Spanish families coming primarily from the Basque country in Northern Spain and Madrid. They were able to create a fantastic residential area with luxurious private villas set on extensive plots in a privileged environment with golf course, hotel and walking distance to the beach. This villa is the perfect representation of Guadalmina. A mansion that rests in the middle of a huge plot, surrounded by spectacular gardens with Alhambra-style fountains, whose spaces define luxury and opulence. It has a master bedroom of 150 square meters which is the envy of almost all the properties in the area, and two large swimming pools - indoor and outdoor. A great house to enjoy a great neighbourhood.
