Demand for Quality Rentals in Marbella Rises

Our Marbella Rentals department, officially launched in January but with some years of "hidden" experience, is currently seeing a resurgence in quality rentals in Marbella, with a high demand for modern and functional luxury homes for long term rental.

Clients interested in these properties and ready to pay the price are demanding and expect high quality homes, well equipped and nicely furnished.  They are mainly business people who are looking for a better quality of life for their families and can afford to work from anywhere in the world thanks to the Internet, and the proximity of two international airports: Malaga and Gibraltar. Some of them are also potential buyers who want to have the experience of living in this place, getting familiar with the different locations and the type of property best suited to the needs of their families before taking the step to acquire a new home. The choice of good international schools in Marbella and nearby areas is also a key factor when deciding to live here.

The summer rental market is not far behind and at this peak time of year it’s difficult to find an apartment near the beach in Marbella that is available during the months of July and August. Houses and Marbella villas are also in demand, provided they come with a reasonable price and offer the facilities clients require in order to enjoy a carefree, relaxing holiday.
