Recently released by Knight Frank, the Global Residential Cities Index, Q2 2020
tracks the movement of mainstream residential prices across 150 cities worldwide.

Key findings include:

Izmir is the city with the highest rate of annual growth in the year to June 2020 (+28%)
3.4% is the average annual price growth across the 150 cities analysed
19% of cities are registering an annual average price decline
16 cities are registering double-digit price increases
Stockholm saw annual price growth increase by 6% in the year to June 2020
Málaga registered a 0.2% decrease
Madrid saw a price drop of 0.8%
