I often read inaccurate and catastrophist information on the Spanish property market and particularly the Costa del Sol’s. These articles tend to be inaccurate because they fail to differentiate the fact that the market is not one whole but it is made up of segments or tiers that are mainly defined by location and desirability. I have found an article which defines those segments and considers them essential to understanding the property market.
