DM opens its new Marbella rentals department

At Diana Morales Properties we are proud to announce the opening of a new Marbella Rentals Department!

Over the past year we have experienced an increase in clients looking to rent a property. Many of them, sometimes have found the property they want to purchase and want to ‘try it out’ for a few months before buying it. Others are waiting for the right property to come along and are renting until then. Moreover we have seen many owners deciding to put their properties on the market for rent as well as for sale hoping to get some income while the real estate market picks up again.

With a growing demand for rentals from our clients, at Diana Morales Properties we have decided to create a Rentals department, whose property portfolio has been growing rapidly over the past few weeks. Diana Morales Properties Rentals is a small division within our company and has been created this way to offer a more dedicated and specialized service. We offer long and short term rentals, making sure that the properties we select are of good quality and located in the best areas of Marbella and Costa del Sol.
