Terra, a 46-unit development in three blocks, is located in Nueva Alcántara, San Pedro de Alcántara, in the western part of Marbella. At 5 minutes drive from Puerto Banús, 40 minutes from Malaga airport, in a privileged position between the promenade and the old part of city and at 500 metres from to the beach.

The building has the required insulation to walls, roofs and windows in order to obtain a high energy efficiency rating “A”, and communal solar panels installed on the roof. All the apartments have a hot and cold air conditioning system and a heat pump for heating domestic hot water. The bedrooms have built-in, fitted wardrobes with plain folding doors in melamine and the interior is lined also with melamine.

Flooring with large format porcelain tile in the interior and terraces with non-slip version (25×150cm). There will be sliding doors for the living rooms and windows in the bedrooms in aluminium colour, with double-glazing and toughened glass in the doors that open out onto the terrace. In addition, all the bedroom windows are fitted with motorised roller blinds.

The communal areas include a large pool with shower, toilets, and lighting surrounded by extensive landscaped areas and two pergolas. Each block has a lift suitable for use by those with reduced mobility, with capacity for 6 passengers. The underground garage will have and motorised door that will be operated by remote control. Every home will have a parking space, and penthouse homes will have an extra parking space. Conduits have also been preinstalled for each private parking space, for those who wish to install a charging point for an electric vehicle. The homes will also have a designated storeroom with electrical socket.
