The figures shown are indicative and may vary depending on the buyer's personal situation, the type of property, and current tax regulations. For example, the 7% ITP may be reduced in some cases (for example, a reduction from 7% to 2% on the purchase of a property intended for resale by a natural or legal person carrying out a business activity to which the adaptation rules of the General Plan for the Real Estate Sector apply, provided that it is sold within a maximum period of 5 years).
