In the hills of El Madroñal (Benahavís), about 12 km from Puerto Banús, 15 km from Marbella and 10–12 km from the beaches, this villa enjoys natural surroundings and elevated sea and mountain views. The centre of Benahavís is approximately 6–8 km away, several golf courses in the area are 5–10 km away, and Malaga Airport is about 65–75 km away.
