Sierra Blanca, Marbella

As mentioned in the previous note, Sierra Blanca, like La Zagaleta offers that exclusivity that has given it its attractiveness among luxury property buyers.

Sierra Blanca is a residential area of luxury villas, in the hills above Marbella. Both Marbella and Sierra Blanca, enjoy a micro-climate that has made Marbella famous since the beginnings of the Marbella Club and the creation of the internationally known Marbella Golden Mile, the stretch which spans between the Marbella Club and Puerto Banús. Their position on the foothills of the beautiful La Concha mountain guarantees the protection from the winds and keeps the temperature some degrees higher in winter and some degrees lower in the summer, making it the ideal location to enjoy outside living, so typical of Marbella.

Sierra Blanca’s fabulous views and its closeness to Marbella centre (only 3/5 minutes drive up the hill from the iconic copper tower located on one end of Marbella) have made this area highly popular among those seeking tranquillity and security (there is manned 24 hour security) yet proximity to all amenities and beaches. Again, there is a high demand for plots here as there are now very few available.

Although Sierra Blanca is an established urbanization, it is one of the newest in Marbella so if you add to this the uniqueness of the combination of different architectural designs and styles, many of them from the most renowned international architects, and the high standards of construction qualities, the result is a guaranteed secure investment.

According to Diana, “the importance given by both Sierra Blanca and La Zagaleta when it comes to being identified with luxury properties and maintaining a certain standard of living is essential in keeping their exclusivity and appeal and is a determining factor in protecting their value over time. My recommendation when purchasing a property is to always keep in mind “location, location, location!’ “.
